3. Account Registration and Security

3.3 Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. demojili will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact demojili support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay. demojili will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a failure on your part to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This same-method policy is in place as an anti-money-laundering measure.

- demojili reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for withdrawals exceeding ৳100,000 in any rolling 30-day period.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.2 Wagering Requirements

- Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of this period.

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly forbidden on demojili and will result in immediate account action.
In order to maintain a safe, fair, and compliant environment for all players, demojili prohibits the following conduct absolutely. This list is not exhaustive — demojili reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion that any conduct not explicitly listed below nevertheless constitutes a violation of the spirit of these Terms and to take appropriate action accordingly.

- Money laundering: Using demojili as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. demojili complies fully with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to demojili without first contacting demojili support to resolve the matter. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended and the disputed amount will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, system errors, display glitches, or incorrectly posted odds to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of a technical error may be voided and reclaimed by demojili.

7. Account Suspension and Closure
demojili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where these Terms have been violated.
demojili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- A suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the stipulated timeframe following a verification request.
- A court order, regulatory requirement, or law-enforcement request requiring the restriction of the account.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
- At the player's own request, including via the voluntary self-exclusion mechanism described in the Responsible Gaming Policy.
7.1 Effect of Account Closure on Balances
Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Where an account is closed by demojili as a result of a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to identity fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion — demojili reserves the right to void all pending and historical bets placed by the account, forfeit all balances (both real-money and bonus), and permanently prohibit the individual from re-registering on the platform.
7.2 Voluntary Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a voluntary self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting demojili support via live chat. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, no deposits will be accepted, and no marketing communications will be sent. 8. Limitation of Liability
